The Compliance Sprint

Two weeks, one fixed price, and a clear answer to the question most organizations can’t answer today: where do we actually stand on health & safety?

Quebec’s new prevention rules have been in force since October 2025. Most community organizations aren’t refusing to comply — they simply can’t see their gaps. The Sprint takes the uncertainty off your plate.

Health and safety consultation

Fourteen days, four steps

Days 1–3

We send you a simple checklist of documents to gather. You send them back. That’s your part — done.

Days 4–8

We review everything against the legal requirements and talk with a few key people on your team — remotely or on site.

Days 9–12

We write the gap report and a prioritized action plan — in plain language, sized to what your team can realistically do.

Days 13–14

We walk through the findings together, in English or French, and hand everything over.

What you walk away with

  • A gap assessment against Quebec’s current requirements (LSST and LMRSST)
  • A written report — what you have, what’s missing, what matters most
  • A prioritized action plan your team can execute on its own
  • A working session to walk through it all, in English or French
  • A committee framework and starter templates to begin right away

The investment

$2,950 CAD, flat

Plus applicable taxes. No hourly billing, no extras, no surprises — everything listed is included.

Worth knowing: this kind of work can often be supported through existing training and capacity-development funding. If budget is a concern, mention it on the call — we’ll help you frame the request.

After the Sprint, most teams carry on with their own plan — that’s the point. And if you’d rather have ongoing support, there are options for that too. Not sure you need the full Sprint yet? Start with the free Readiness Score.
