At Dune Edge, we keep it simple and practical.

I'm based between Canada and Egypt and I collaborate with small and medium-sized businesses across the EMEA region. Dune Edge isn’t a big agency, it’s a hands-on consulting service run by someone who understands the daily pressures of running a business. You’ll get real support, not generic advice.

Aiman is a very good listener and an action-oriented person, a consultant by nature, with solid experience in people management, HR, health and safety and operations. He works with small and medium businesses to improve workplace culture, stay compliant and put in place practical solutions that grow with the business.
He has over 17 years of international experience from Canada to the MENA region, holding leadership roles in both corporate and fast-paced operational environments. In Canada, he led training and development at a Fortune 500 logistics site. In Egypt, he supported a strategic shift that boosted business performance, while also leading the establishment of new departments, policies and training programs. He holds an MBA from a Canadian university, a Graduate Program in Workplace Health and Safety and advanced training in conflict resolution.
Through Dune Edge, Aiman provides hands-on consulting for SMEs, helping business owners manage people better, build safe workplaces and plan for long-term growth.
