Aiman Ouasli

Aiman Ouasli

Founder & Lead Consultant

Aiman has spent 15+ years in HR and health & safety, across a career that runs from public institutions and Amazon Canada operations to humanitarian work in North Africa and the Middle East. Today his practice is based in Mistissini, in northern Quebec.

That base matters. Much of his work is with Indigenous and northern organizations, and living where his clients work means he understands the things that don’t show up in a textbook — governance cycles, seasonal rhythms, and teams where everyone wears several hats.

He holds an MBA from the Université du Québec en Outaouais and a graduate microprogram in occupational health & safety from UQAT, along with professional training in conflict resolution and critical-incident management. He works in English, French and Arabic.
