His expertise covers feasibility assessments, organizational planning, HR advisory, OHS practices, learning systems and workplace-culture development.
He has held leadership and advisory roles in humanitarian operations, workforce development with Amazon and HR support within northern educational environments.
He is the founder of Dune Edge Consulting, a registered Canadian business based in Québec. The firm provides consulting and advisory services to organizations and communities across Canada and internationally, with a focus on clarity, quality and real-world impact.
He provides services in English, French and Arabic, and applies a pragmatic, people-centered consulting approach that combines evidence, cultural awareness and practical implementation to achieve sustainable results.
